He is really wheezing and gasping for air now, begging Her to not continue and telling Her he feared for his life this time, but She replies with:

"Nonsense, if you blackout I'd just wait until you woke back up and start over again. Now we're going to 40 seconds. GO!"

She drops down again, and this time when the slave starts to flail, it gets so intense She is wobbling up and down like She's riding a mechanical bull, but She holds his head in place and keeps the leash. taught, keeping his head in place, where it belongs.
